4 Steps To An Happier Healthier Life

No chakras, promised land or long life elixir

In recent years I have been through very dark moments, who does not happen to? A disappointment at work, a story that has been rejected, the daily struggle with my children and my body that every day became more and more an alien to myself. In the past, every low blow I received was followed by a week of total despair in which I ended up hating myself. I fell back on food, on laziness and this had negative effects on me but obviously also on those around me.

I found myself at 25 with a beautiful family in training, two children and a husband, but no idea who I wanted to be or what I wanted to do. I had spent a lot of time for my children growth but constantly pausing my own growth, and at some point the despondency took over and I let myself go until I noticed the effects on my family, and on my body. So I decided to take my life in hand and finally give it a positive twist.
4 steps were fundamental for me, to give me new energy and vital charge.
