Lockdown for X weeks. The nightmare of every parents. If you do not agree, you’re lying.

This pandemic can take from us many things but our mental health by locked us up with our kids for months.

They told us to reinvent ourselves, to study a new language, to learn to cook, to read the book we left on the desk since we bought that.

Yeah, that’s nice.

But what about us? Desperate little human beings keepers?

We woke up some day, with no school, no grandparents, and one or more kids to watch while trying to keep our shi..ft together.

How can we not lose our mind?

Well, that’s hard but there’s some things you can do to not completely go mental.

I know, you may think it is a joke, there’s no way you can survive this and it is in part true.

But trust me, I have two kids.

The most important thing is to create a routine

Kids in school follow a daily schedule like:

1. Welcome and greetings

2. Lessons

3. Lunch ecc..

I’ve always had something to say, but also the impression no one cares to listen to me. So I start write. Mostly about my fav things: my children, love, books.
